Birth Doula

Sliding Scale and payment plans available based on need - inquire for details

• Two 90-minute prenatal meetings

• In-person labor support in home and/or birth location

• Individualized resources and referrals to support your specific needs

• On call support at 38 weeks

• One 90-minute postpartum visit in the first two weeks postpartum

• Insurance: I accept Kaiser insurance. All fees covered by your insurance. Prenatal structure is different due to insurance billing.

Postpartum Services

$60 per hour

• Currently only available for birth clients

• Services available for babies under 6 weeks of age

• Shifts occur between 9am and end no later than 4pm

• Three hour shift minimum

• Five hour shift maximum

Private Childbirth Education

$600

• Eight hours of private individualized childbirth education. Split into two hour or four hour sessions.

• Virtual and in-person options available

• Includes anatomy & physiology of birth, stage of labor, common interventions, comfort measures, nervous system regulation, infant feeding, newborn care, induction, and more.

A la carte Education

$200

• One two hour session of private individualized perinatal education.

• Virtual and in-person options available

• Select the topics you want to learn more about including anatomy & physiology of birth, hormones, stage of labor, common interventions, writing your birth preferences/plan, comfort measures, infant feeding, hands-on newborn care, induction, planned cesarean, baby-wearing, and more.
