My name is Katharine Whetzel, and I am an IBCLC. full spectrum doula, and the founder of Rose Moon Birth Services. I’m based on the east side of Los Angeles, California and serve birthing people and parents living in the Greater Los Angeles area. My mission is to ensure that you feel supported and confident in your transition into parenthood. As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide practical and emotional support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I hold space for you to process your unique experiences. I provide you with evidence based information so you know your options and have the ability to make informed choices. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of unbiased support as you navigate your new role. I’m here to support the decisions you make for you and your family. I use my knowledge and doula experience to normalize birth and the postpartum experience.
